A quick meeting with my brother again to drop off some computer equipment and a chance to shoot at a new location.
Mark shoots faster than I do, always looking for a new point of view, rather more adventurous than my plodding style.
I like to take one position and wait to see what happens. It’s probably a hang over from my days using a 5x4 camera I guess.
On this occasion, the cloud was patchy but the sun only hit the lake we were at once in all the time we were there.
A few seconds of golden light and fortunately I was set up ready for it.
Sadly for Mark, he was moving to a new viewpoint and missed it entirely.
Sometimes the tortoise does get to beat the hare. Not often though...
